About the Authors:

James R. Abbey, Ph.D is Professor Emeritus at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Milton T. Astroff was the first publisher of Meeting & Conventions magazine. The authors have written numerous books and articles and have served as consultants and speakers in the hospitality industry.
